- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the DPS for a scheduled drivers test Monday. My proof a residency was not within 90days. I spoke to the supervisor ROBERT, he said I would be able to take my drivers test Saturday between 8am-1pm. I arrived Saturday, waited patiently in line for 2 hours and the same supervisor ROBERT turned me around and mentioned he never spoke with me Monday and that he can not help me. I did not mind rescheduling my drivers test AGAIN, but ROBERT was very unprofessional handling the situation. Saturday walk-ins is VERY UNORGANIZED!!!!By Angel DeSousa, August 18, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I live in Pearland and Rosenberg DPS is the 6th closest to me. Before I always go to Alvin or Angleton which both places are pretty bad - always take hours (3-4 is norm). Today I went to Rosenberg with my son, everything is set up conveniently. From filling up forms to finish interviewing, it took only half an hour. The DPS people are nice and efficient.
